Surflogh presents at Freight & Logistics Forum

03 December 2020 - Published by Deirdre Buist
Surflogh’s Sottisch partner SEStran will be holding the final Freight & Logistics Forum of this year on the 9th December at 15:00 – 17:00 CET. Just as during the recent POLIS2020 Conference, the cities of Mechelen and Groningen will present their approaches to sustainable urban logistics.

The South East of Scotland Transport Partnership (SEStran) is the statutory Regional Transport Partnership for the South East of Scotland, encompassing eight local authorities. Within the partnership area there is a huge diversity of transportation issues, from urban congestion to rural public transport and from ferry ports to airports. SEStran aims to address these issues and work towards a more sustainable and efficient transport network.

The current  travel limitations have not stopped our partner cities of Mechelen and Groningen as they continue to 'tour' and present (remotely) their inspirational approaches to sustainable urban logistics  at top-level international events.
