Stronghouse E-learning – Let’s get started!

We recently announced the imminent launch of the Stronghouse E-learning Courses, co-created by the Stronghouse consortium. These courses identify the various stages of the Customer Journey towards energy renovation for homeowners and those supporting them on their journey. The first course has just been published so let’s get started!

Renovation wave & energy poverty

As a key action to speed up energy-efficiency in both public and private buildings, the Renovation Wave has been highlighted in the European Commission’s Green Deal. Now, however, as current affairs and the serious threat of energy poverty looms for an ever-increasing percentage of homes, awareness for energy renovation measures amongst homeowners has heightened significantly. But it’s a long road from initial interest to successful renovation. Understanding their customer journey is essential for effective support from other stakeholders too, such as local and regional authorities, NGOs, energy advisors, contractors and banks.

A Stronghouse co-creation

The Stronghouse e-learning courses have been designed by our partner atene KOM to provide an overview of the challenges of energy renovation (for homeowners) while also focussing on the various steps to be taken on the Customer Journey to energy renovation. They are free and build on the results and experience of the Stronghouse project and its partners. You can follow whole courses and the Customer Journey in one go or just do a few modules at a time - whatever suits!
