Researchers from the Department of Food Science at Aarhus University participated in Aarhus Food Week 2021 in August.
They talked with the public about how compost and plant-based fertilizers can be used to reduce waste and improve food production.
The Department of Food, AU, participated in the event with a stand on the ARoS roof terrace, where fertilizers made from clover,
alfalfa and seaweed could be seen and touched, as well as parsley grown with the fertilizers and compost made from plant waste. For the event the Department developed a poster.
