Two-step application process
The North Sea Region Programme uses a two-step application process:
- In step 1, you submit an expression of interest via a simple online form.
- In step 2, you submit a full application based on a previously approved expression of interest or a previously rejected full application.
Please note: All applications must be submitted via our Online Monitoring System.

You may seek content-related advice until three weeks before the submission deadline. After this date, your access to advice from the Secretariat is restricted to technical questions on issues such as state aid. However, you may still consult our National Contact Points until the deadline.
