Welcome to this NorthTick workshop focusing on the WP-level progress reporting.

During the day one virtual room will be reserved for the program the entire day. Per-Eric, Sofie and Svein will participate all day. Each of WP3, WP4 and WP5 will have a separate session during the day in this virtual room. On page 2 you will find the participants per each session and contact details.

In parallel there will additional virtual rooms available the entire day, if you need them for separate discussions or work. More information will be provided during the start-up of the workshop, you don’t need to reserve a room in advance.

Please note that all participants need to register for the workshop, as a link will be sent a few days before the workshop.

The aims of each WPs session today are to:

a) Allow each WP-leader to plan for the reporting procedure together with their co-WP-leaders and activity leaders within their respective WP – approx. 20-30 min.

b) Work with the WP-level progress report – approx. 1h.

Preparation:

  •        To get the most out of the day we highly recommend that you have prepared/are done with your beneficiary reports and have any attachments prepared. This period is also a Full progress report period meaning there are additional tabs in the on-line monitoring system; Results and Details.
  •        As a WP-leader we recommend you to have a dialogue with your co-WP-leaders and activity-leaders before the workshop.
  •        As an activity leader we recommend that you prepare by summing up the progress and potential attachments for your activity.
