There is a good spread of thematic areas throughout these LL´s with a real focus on “integrated energy systems” and “urban energy supply”. Project partners responded enthusiastically to the first phase of our Living Lab inventory resulting in the proposal of 170 different Living Labs across all our NoCo regions.
Through a prioritising process, we have narrowed this number down to 40, with the next stage being to reduce this further to approximately 10 LL´s to progress towards formal designation.
The aim is to achieve a balanced spread of thematic challenges for our different Living Labs to maximize the benefits for all of the cluster enterprises involved.
Here you can see the Living Lab specifications we are making for the approximate 10 chosen Livng Labs.
