Northern Connections

Cluster Training Session in Gothenburg

21 September 2018 - Published by Anne Katrine Arentsen
From the 22nd-23rd of October Gothenburg invites you to a 1,5-day training session on clusters.

The contents will be designed to focus on cluster theories and how they specifically tie into the Northern Connections project. For cluster actors this will be an opportunity to both get an overview of cluster theories and how that can be put to practise. We will make use of the Toolbox of Innovation Support Measures, what experience different partners have, what works and what doesn’t.

To enlighten us and guide us through the Cluster Manager Training, we have appointed Dr. Örjan Sölvell, Professor at the Stockholm School of Economics. He has worked with cluster policy on a European level for DG Enterprise & Industry and is heading the Cluster Observatory.

Also, be sure to not miss out on the study visit in the morning 22 October when there will be a possibility to learn more about the Fossil-free Energy District and hear more about how Ericsson is involved as one of the project partners.

You can register right HERE - Last date for registration is the 4th of October. The training is open primarily to Northern Connections partners but will be released to fellow cluster actors after Sep 24 if there are empty seats available.
