For the matchmaking event, SE is looking for innovative companies to identify new partnerships, ideas, technologies or methodologies. We are looking for companies who can help the SE company reaching our strategic goals to create more sustainable energy and better digital communication. The areas of interest are within Sensor Technology, More Green Behavior and Smart Homes.

The SE company is one of Denmark’s largest modern energy and telecommunications companies with the sector specific brands; Stofa, Boxer TV, SE Next Step and Blue Labs. The company delivers products such as electricity, broadband, cable TV to about 1 million customers. Besides delivering these services, the SE company also works with business development, disruptive businesses and innovation in collaboration with scalable SMEs. The strategic outcome of the aim is by expanding Denmark’s infrastructure within tele and energy, hereby supporting the green transition. In SE, we fight for more sustainable energy and better digital communication. Moreover, the SE company aims to be a role model within responsible business know-how. Challenges

For the matchmaking event, SE is looking for innovative companies to identify new partnerships, ideas, technologies or methodologies. We are looking for companies who can help the SE company reaching our strategic goals to create more sustainable energy and better digital communication. We are looking for SMEs with solutions in the following areas: 

  • Sensor technology

We are looking for solutions within sensor technology. Our focus is on consumer level sensors e.g. to household, that are able to optimize the functionality of the electrical grid and consumption. More specifically, are we searching for a system that is simple and self-learning. We want intelligence across units, hardware designed for the living room and attention on the costumer experience.

  • More green behaviour

We are seeking companies, who can assist in nudging consumer spending and create new greener business models in the consumer area. We want to empower consumers and find a way to make green behaviour a natural element of their daily life. Furthermore, we are interested in SME’s, who are able to function as personal green coaches, possibly through gamification.

  • Smart Home

We are seeking solutions that focuses on energy optimizing home activities, with a sustainable purpose. We already have a lot of data on actual usage of energy from our smart meters, however, we are interested in obtaining more granular information, such as household application usage data, home environment data and home infrastructure. We would also like to focus on infrastructure level, in terms of peaks, capacity utilization as well as integrity and efficiency – and lastly, infrastructure monitoring and early warning systems.
