Whova app

Let's Whova!

We are using the Whova app as the online platform for many aspects of the conference. The app is an all-in-one event management tool which doubles as an interactive platform to keep participants up to date and engaged before, during and after the conference.  

During the conference, you will need this app to receive announcements and learn more about the different speakers. The app also allows you to network with the other participants, create groups, set up meetings, and much more.

Please note that the app is available in both desktop and mobile versions. 

For the purpose of the conference we will mainly be using the following tools:

  • Agenda: You will be able to see the event programme for each day and breakdown of activities throughout the day.
  • Attendees: You will be able to see all of the conference attendees who have chosen to share their details. The conference speakers will also be listed with their bios.
  • Community: You will be able to view organiser announcements and request meet-ups with other conference attendees. For example, to discuss project ideas with other participants or look for partners for project ideas.
