Final Conference Like!: Build your own chatbot
On the 3th of October, during the Final Conference of Like!, Joost Groenestein and Ewoud de Voogd will provide you the information on chatbot creation. In this masterclass you create your own chatbot with Botsociety.io and you can take the chatbot back to your office after the workshop! Please, bring your laptop or tablet with access to internet.
Joost Groenestein is innovator at the community of Westland and works for the VNG (The Association of Netherlands Municipalities) where he leads the Innovation Group Chatbots. This group represents 12 large Dutch municipalities, two ministries and the VNG, A&O Fund, and the VDP (the Association of Directors of public services).
Ewoud de Voogd is partner at HowAboutYou and serves over twenty (local) government organizations with developing chatbots. Ewoud is an expert in online interaction in public organizations.
