Digital Democracy: a guide on local practices of digital participation
This guide helps governments to understand and implement digital participation in their cities and regions. The guide is aimed at administrations that work with digital democracy for the first time. It gives hands-on advice on tools, implementation, designing participatory processes and everything else you need to think about when organizing digital participation.
