The meeting was hosted by Marine Scotland and took place in the Mansion House of the Edinburgh Zoo.

Jomopans is now half way and therefore considerable time was spent on the implementation of the results after the project will end in 2020. The proposals by the Jomopans team will be discussed by the Policy Advisory Board (PAB) that will meet on 7 October at the National Physical Laboratory in Teddington (near London). The input of the PAB will help on the focus of the second half year. Especially the functionality of the GES Tool that is now under construction, is directed by the PAB.

Another major discussion point was the preparation for the Midterm Event on 8 October in London. Jomopans will present itself to an audience of collegues, policy advisers and NGOs.
