Communicating strategy to attract workforce

Recruiting qualified staff and keeping them on board has become quite a challenge in recent years. The Inn2POWER project analyses the special communication needs of SMEs to recruit and retain staff in and around the wind energy sector. Our main focus is to develop the right external and internal communication tools for the labour market and to support SMEs in customising them for practical use.
