Young people teach the old about digital life

How does Mobile Bank ID work? And what is Swish? A new project will reduce digital exclusion in the county of Värmland, Sweden.
The County Administrative Board and the Region of Värmland now present the project Digital Accessible to reduce digital exclusion.
As part of the project, inspirational seminars are organized together with the county's municipalities, where older people learn from younger ones.
First out is Eda municipality. More than 160 participants were participating and the supervisors, as well as digital service experts, are high school students at the Hierna School in Koppom and Gunnarsby School in Charlottenberg. On December 5 th, the County Governor Kenneth Johansson held the opening speech as a start of the project.
The County Administrative Board participates in Digital Accessible through the Interreg North Sea Region program project In For Care.
