The World’s First Hydrogen Boat Calls in on HyTrEc2 Partners on its tour around the North Sea.

The Energy Observer’s first port of call in Scotland was at Peterhead Harbour – taking in the north east of Scotland as part of its European tour, proving that Hydrogen can fuel the future! The crew of the maverick vessel were met onshore by a HyTrEc2 Toyota Mirai belonging to Aberdeenshire Council.

Councillor Philip Bell, the HyTrEc2 Champion, also met up with the Energy Observer crew and a HyTrEc2 Mirai when it arrived at Aberdeen Harbour after its tour around the European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre.
