Voka & Hanze test Big Data Game and Transition Workshop

Hanze University professors Trienke Drijfhout and Marike Peterzon introduced two of the GrowIn 4.0 tools to East-Flanders companies at the Voka Box, Ghent.
The Big Data Game is a board game designed to introduce the important elements of big data and its possibilities. Players represent a fictional company with its own goals and ambitions and launch themselves into the development of a project involving big data. Gradually they learn which aspects are important.
The participants were enthousiastic: "very relevant topics", "clear view of possibilities"...
This workshop was followed by the Transition workshop, which is designed to aid a company in making a transition to new technology, and to overcome possible resistance to change with the staff. it was a surprising and creative workshop.
