Interregional meeting Ghent - benefits identifiation workshop
Today, May 20th, we have started our interregional meeting in Ghent with a workshop around one of our tools. Project partners and local stakeholders from all regions participate.Benefits identification is a workshop-based ‘visual mapping’ technique that allows companies to explore the implications of adopting a new technology. The process identifies the functions of a given technology and then sets about mapping these onto bottom-line potential benefits through facilitated discussion.
The project partners and local stakeholders set about a 'train the trainer' session to try the tool, provide feedback on its uses and possible improvements and be able to hand it on to the SMEs in their regions.
