Who is the programme manual for?
This manual has been written for everyone working with projects in the North Sea Region programme 2014-2020. It is mainly aimed at beneficiaries but will also be an important and useful overview of resources for financial controllers, communication experts, national or regional contact points and others. It aims to give a brief introduction to the most important issues that every project will have to tackle, and to provide links to more detailed information in other documents such as the fact sheets and various forms available on the online system.
All Lead Beneficiaries must ensure that all beneficiaries who are participating in their project are aware of this manual and of the need to distribute it further to all staff working on the project. It is essential that all beneficiary staff and their controllers are familiar with the information laid out here and in the underlying documents referred to in this manual.
