Citizen Summary
The Citizen Summary brings together all of the relevant information for projects from the much longer and complex Cooperation Programme document which constitutes the official North Sea Region Programme. It explains the overall strategy for the programme, some of the background themes, the priorities and specific objectives, and the types of results and activities that will be expected from the projects. This information is sorted in a way that tries to group together all of the content related to each priority and filters all of the information that is only relevant for programme authorities. Please note though that the full Cooperation Programme document remains the only legally binding text.
