How to use the manuals and fact sheets?
This programme manual addresses most of the issues that may be difficult to get to grips with when delivering your project. The manual provides guidance on an aggregate level and will point you in the direction of additional guidance e.g. from the fact sheets when this proves necessary.
It is important always to consult the programme manual and the fact sheets before initiating any activities and before completing any reports to the Joint Secretariat.
