After a project application has been approved (lead beneficiary and beneficiaries)

Both the lead beneficiary and the beneficiaries of an approved project application must have an authorised signatory in place for when the project starts reporting on activities and finance.

As the illustration below shows, each report from either the lead beneficiary or the beneficiary must be signed and submitted by means of a digital signature by each organisation's authorised signatory.

Please note!
Designation of the authorised signatory must be completed before any reports can be submitted in the online monitoring system. It is therefore essential to start the authorised signatory designation process as soon as possible and by no means right before the first reporting takes place!
