Authorised signatory
Before submitting a full application or sending in a report on finance and activities, every (lead) beneficiary organisation must have its authorised signatory in place.
By means of a digital signature, the authorised signatory is the only person who can sign and submit formal documents to the Joint Secretariat in the online monitoring system.
Please pay close attention to the following sections about the role of the authorised signatory and how to become an authorised signatory. If in doubt about anything, always feel free to contact the secretariat.
