Full application
If you have submitted an expression of interest and it has been approved by the Steering Committee you can take the next step and draw up a full application.
The full application must be submitted for decision at one of the following two meetings in the Steering Committee which are allocated to deciding on full applications. Applicants are required to fill in the full application form for electronic submission through the online monitoring system.
