A C5a coordination group meeting was held 6-8 November in Esens, Germany. Three intensive days with both interesting workshops and work package presentations updated the participants of how the project is proceeding.
The project is on the run, and the puzzle to put all the pieces in their right places is slowely but surely getting there. Pre the meeting the case study leaders filled in a survey from which the work with co-creating the C2C approach has started. A workshop on stakeholder mapping, and one for strategic planning was held. The communication strategy and the communication plas were discussed.
The host NLWKN, with Holger Blum in charge invited the attendance to an excursion day to see how they protect themselves from flooding. Watch the film from the excursion day.
All in all it was a meeting full of energy and good spirit.
