Building with Nature continues

Initially, the online event we organised with the projects of FAIR and C5a was intended as an end event for Building with Nature. It became a not-yet-the-end-event after all and Building with Nature continues. This because of a prolongation request we filed and which has been approved.

The prolongation of one year was accepted by the Steering Committee and is now formally put in motion per July 1^st. This means the Building with Nature project will last until June 30^th 2021 for most partners. The IHE and Ecoshape partners will become inactivated per the end of October of this year. The reason for this is that Ecoshape will cease to exist in the current set up at the end of this year. IHE reached the bottom of the resources that could be allocated to this project.

Extension without funds
A prolongation is an extension of a project which involves time, but no funds. The funds that were left in the project were distributed among the partners that could use them for new developments. In that way Building with Nature will yield more products, last longer and therewith providing cooperation continuity and all that for the same amount of money.

Real life event
If circumstances allow, we intend to organize a smaller scale now-this-is-truly-the-end event in real life in June 2021.
