Wildflower plot at NIAB EMR (UK) just sown and being irrigated. They sowed Emorsgate number 5 for loam soils. The land was prepared by disking and herbicide in the autumn and then an addition herbicide March followed by working to a fine tilth. Seed was broadcast by hand and then disc rolled before deploying the irrigation.
