In the morning of Day 1 of the final event (Thursday, 29.06.2023,) the Logistics Initiative Hamburg, work package leader of AVATAR’s WP4, will present the key takeaways on the topics of business, policy and legal framework, that have been elaborated within the work package.

This includes, but is not limited to: The results of the AVATAR market study, identified transport use cases, the AVATAR energy use case and the recently published AVATAR Policy Position Paper. A decision tree has been developped, to inspire people thinking about the option of (highly) autonomous sailing, presenting it in an accessible, informative and easy way.

Work package 4 (Business, policy and legal framework) has been worked out by Logistics Initiative Hamburg (WP4-leader), OHB, E. VAN WINGEN NV and POM Oost-Vlaanderen.

The event is organized in cooperation with North Sea Port.
