TOPSOIL speaks at major cohesion policy conference

13 October 2016 - Published by Rikke Sørensen
Our TOPSOIL project was presented as case study at cohesion policy conference in Brussels today.

How does cohesion policy contribute to delivering European Union priorities? This was demonstrated today at a major conference on cohesion policy using our TOPSOIL project as the key case study on climate change.

TOPSOIL is one of the first projects funded in the 2014 - 2020 programming period and aims to improve the protection against groundwater flooding and groundwater storage for irrigation and drinking water.

Today's conference is titled “The role of Cohesion policy in delivering EU priorities” and hosted by the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions of Europe and the Directorate General for Regional Policy of the European Commission in Brussels.

Read more about the conference on the CPMR website and stop by TOPSOIL's webspace for more details on the project.
