Timeline for future calls
When our Monitoring Committee met in Gothenburg in May 2016, a timeline for future calls for applications was established:
- Call 3 will be open for full applications between 14 November 2016 and 1 February 2017. Only approved expressions of interests are invited to submit an application. The Steering Committee will decide on call 3 submissions in June 2017.
- Call 4 will be open for new expressions of interests. A preparation phase starts on 1 November 2016 and runs until the call opens in July 2017. During the preparation phase, project idea holders can work on their expressions of interest in the online monitoring system. Submissions must be made by August 2017. The Steering Committee decides on submitted expressions of interests in November 2017.
- Call 5 will be open for full applications from January 2018 to March 2018. Only approved expressions of interests will be invited to submit an application. The Steering Committee decides on the submitted applications in June 2018.
- The timeline following call 5 is to be determined.
Faster reponse time
The new timeline allows for a faster response to applications and reduces the time for applicants to go through the 2 step application process to 12 months.
Interwork events support project development
In order to support the development of expressions of interests and the final steps towards submitting a full application, the programme organises transnational Interwork events.
The next Interwork event is scheduled for early November 2016 and will cover outcomes of Steering Committee meeting 2 as well as call 3 guidance material for full applications.
The event will also provide input for expressions of interests and facilitate partner search and networking. The specific date, the programme and venue will be announced when we get closer to the event.
