EURegionsWeek: Cooperation front and center
The second week of the EU Week of Regions and Cities is live! The theme of this week is Cohesion and Cooperation - the core theme of this top annual event.
Do not miss this week's exciting Interreg events, which features four North Sea Region projects! All of them are excellent examples of cooperation across borders, spearheading new solutions and bringing tangible benefits to the European community.
We are very proud that two North Sea Region projects are nominated for awards that will be announced at the EURegionsWeek.

Inno-Quarter - contender for the Interreg Slam
14 October 14.30 - 16.00: Interreg Project Slam
The popular Interreg Project Slam 2020 features our Inno-Quarter project that uses festivals to help SMEs test their innovative products and services. With its focus on storytelling, the slam is sure to provide you with an entertaining experience. If you have never attended the slam before, now is your chance to get on board and enjoy the ride!

Note: The SalFar project was in fact also nominated for the Interreg Slam based on their great entry and video, however SalFar unfortunately had to resign from the contest.
Other not-to-miss sessions
Two other projects - BITS and Indu-Zero are hosting sessions this week, focusing on cycling and energy retrofitting, respectively:
- On 13 October, BITS will host the session SMART cycling will help to meet the Green Deal target.
- On 15 October, Indu-Zero will host the session mass future proof home renovations.
Of course, the programme offers numerous other exciting sessions, many of them featuring projects funded by other Interreg programmes across Europe: We warmly recommend you to check the programme and join sessions of interest to you.
