Call 4: July - August 2017
Call 4 for expressions of interest (EoI) is open for submissions 30 June - 28 August 2017.
Please note: Submitting an EoI is a mandatory first step for submitting a full application. You can only submit a full application under Call 5 (29 December 2017 - 5 March 2018) based on an approved expression of interest under Call 4.
Which ideas are eligible?
The North Sea Region Programme covers a broad range of projects and initatives that address the most pressing issues of the North Sea Region. We are looking for project ideas within each of our four programme priority themes.
Before you start creating your expression of interest, we advise you to check if there is a match with your project idea.
How to submit your application
You need to submit your EoI through our Online Monitoring System. The process is straightforward: Just create a free account, navigate to the expression of interest form, and start filling in the details. You can save your draft as you go along.
We recommend you to start filling in the form as soon as possible, to ensure you have ample time to address all aspects.
Once you have completed the form, you can submit your EoI through the system.
The approval process
Our Steering Committee will take final decisions on the approval of individual EoIs during November 2017. Subsequently, applicants will be immediately informed of the decision.
If the programme’s Steering Committee approves your expression of interest, you will be asked to develop and submit a full application. If this is approved, the project will receive a contract and can start working.
