Call 2: January - March 2016
The North Sea Region Programme 2014 - 2020 invited the submission of applications for funding under all programme priorities from 15 January to 14 March 2016 at midnight. On 14 March, Joint Secretariat staff was available to assist applicants with submissions untill 17 hours.
2 Step Application Process
A new two-step application procedure has been put in place for the 2014 - 2020 period. This means that all project developers are first asked to submit an expression of interest. If the programme’s Steering Committee approves the expression of interest, the project will be asked to develop and submit a full application. If this is approved, the project will receive a contract and can start work.
Step 1: Expression of Interest
Project applicants could submit expressions of interest in the second call. It was also possible to re-submit expressions of interest that were rejected in call 1.
Step 2: Full Applications
Project applicants with an approved call 1 expression of interest could submit a full application in the second call. It was also possible to re-submit full applications that were rejected in call 1.
Please note
- All applications had to be submitted through the VB online monitoring system.
- This call included the possibility to apply for State Aid under the de minimis rules and under Article 20 of the General Block Exemption Regulation (651/2014).
