Call for bids: updating the online monitoring system
The Joint Secretariat is preparing for the future Interreg North Sea Region Programme (2021-2027). As part of this process, the Joint Secretariat is inviting bids for the project "Adjustment of the North Sea Region Programme Online Monitoring System".
The online monitoring system is used for programme and project monitoring, covering applications, reports, formal decisions, tracking communication between the Joint Secreriat and project beneficiaries. It is also used in communication with formal bodies set up for the programme, such as our Steeering and Monitoring Committees,.
Among the foreseen improvements are increased speed and a range of new features and functionalities that enhance system efficiency and user experience.
How to tender
All tender materials are available in the EU-Supply electronic system for tender management. The contract notice for the tender is also published on the EU Tender Electronics Daily (TED) platform.
To respond to this tender, you need to register and log in to the EU-Supply platform using the link below. Among other requirements, you need to fill in and submit the Electronic Single Procurement Document (ESPD) available in the system. Separate ESPDs need to be submitted for any subcontractors or consortium partners.
All communication between tenderers and the Joint Secretariat must take place through the EU-Supply platform. All questions and answers will be published in the system and made visible to all tenderers.
Please submit any questions about this tender through the EU-Supply system by 15 February 2021 23:59 CET.
Please submit your bid through the EU-Supply system, including all required information and documents, by 22 February 2021 12:00 CET.
