Call for tenders: digital platforms in the new programme

25 January 2021 - Published by Anne Sofie Forfang

We are inviting qualified organisations to participate in tenders for developing or adjusting key digital platforms for the future North Sea Region Programme (2021-2027). These platforms constitute fundamental resources in managing, overseeing, and communicating the programme.

We welcome bids from organisations possessing the required competencies and the capacity to deliver the assignments within the time frame indicated for each tender.

Main scope of tenders

Today, we are launching two separate tenders:

Tender 1 - Website and visual identity. We are inviting tenders for developing a new programme website and a revised visual identity for the programme. The website is a multi-user solution including the main programme website as well as all project websites.

Tender 2: Online Monitoring System. This assignment concerns upgrading an already well-functioning system for managing and overseeing the programme including project applications, project approvals, and the performance of approved projects. Among the foreseen system improvements are increased speed and a range of new features and functionalities that enhance system efficiency and user experience.
