Book a consultation with a project advisor ahead of applying in Call 1

Venue: Online, via ClickMeeting

Do you have questions ahead of submitting your application under Call 1 of the North Sea Region Programme? Would you like to receive feedback on your project idea or do you have specific questions about how your idea fits in the priorities of the programme?

The Joint Secretariat will be available for questions during online consultation sessions. You can join the open consultation hours for general questions or sign up for a dedicated session with only your project team.

Open consultation hours

During open consultation hours you can ask our project advisors general questions about the new programme. We cannot dive into very detailed questions about your project idea but if your question could be relevant for other participants feel free to ask them here.

Dedicated consultation

You can book 15 minutes dedicated consultation time with a project advisor. You can use this time to ask for feedback on your project idea. The project advisor will focus on your project idea and only you (and max 4 of your colleagues) will be in the online meeting room.

If you are interested in a dedicated 15 minute consultation you need to book. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Book a timeslot in Doodle. We kindly ask you to register minimum 48 hours before the preferred time slot, to leave us enough time to prepare. There is a doodle for each priority:

Please use the (working) title of the project idea when registering.

Step 2: Send in information about your idea or let us know what questions you have. The project advisors will prepare the consultation and make sure they have all information they need to give you useful feedback. Please use this form. Please send in the form at least one working day before your consultation.

Step 3: Enter the online meeting through this link. You can join the meeting with max. 5 persons per project idea. When you enter the room, please enter the title of your project idea in brackets behind your own name. You will enter the lounge room of the open consultation hours first, and will be assigned a breakout room for your project idea.
