School building managers meet for the first Network Event

On the 25th of October, 17 school building managers got together in a school in Mechelen to exchange knowledge and learn more about possible energy saving measures.
School building managers from schools participating in the 2IMPREZS Energy Challenges, met for the first time. They were brought together in a network to exchange knowledge and learn more about possible energy saving measures and how to finance these measures. The location was a provincial school in Mechelen.
On the agenda was:
- an introduction of the project
- inspiring best practices for small energy saving measures
- renovation-advice
- a guided tour around the hosting school
There was plenty of time to network and exchange about how schools are working on reducing energy at the moment. All participants were very enthusiastic about the event. There seemed to be a big need to exchange with other people about the subject.
This network event will be organised biannually, and the next edition will take place on February 28th 2019.
