The full application builds in the approved expression of interest and requires the addition of full detailed activity plans with targets, budgets and timelines, as well as technical information and funding guarantees from beneficiary organisations.
The online monitoring system will automatically transfer all the relevant information from the
expression of interest into the full application.
The expression of interest is the basis for the full application, which means that any approach that does not build on the original idea as approved by the Steering Committee will not be accepted.
You must designate an authorised signatory to be able to submit your full application. Guidance is available in our programme manual.
