Have you designated your authorised signatory?

In order to submit an application or progress reports on finance and activities, you must have an authorised signatory. Learn more about the role of the authorised signatory and how to become an authorised signatory in our FAQ section and the programme manual.

Projects that reapply

Q: If a full application has been rejected and wishes to reapply but needs to change the lead beneficiary before submitting another full application, what should the partners involved do?

A: Once a new lead beneficiary is decided upon, the person in charge of the project application at the new lead beneficiary organisation must create an account in the online monitoring system and let us know which user name they have chosen. When we have that information we can create a copy of the application, place it in the online monitoring system section for the next call, and transfer lead beneficiary rights to that person.
